The customer must provide their own information to help us assist them in the preparation of the requested document or form by writing or typing the information given by filling the blanks in the forms or documents.  We pride ourselves by providing quality and professional customer services without providing any legal advice.

Martinez Quality Services is a nonlawyer company and may not give legal advice, cannot tell me what my rights or remedies are, cannot tell me how to testify in court, and cannot represent me in court.  Martinez Quality Services is not a law firm and will not provide any legal advice or act as a lawyer under any circumstance.  Offering legal advice is strictly prohibited.   Martinez Quality Services will not provide any legal representation, legal advice or consultation or any kind of legal advocacy.

 

Martinez Quality Services or our staff members are not a paralegal as defined by the rule and cannot call himself/herself a paralegal. Martinez Quality Services may only type the given information provided by the customer in writing into the blanks on the form. Except for typing, Martinez Quality Services name and may not tell the customer what to put in the form and may not complete the form for them. However, if using a form approved by the Supreme Court of Florida, Martinez Quality Services, may ask the customer factual questions to fill in the blanks on the form and may also tell them how to file the form.  The form must be read in their native language.  The customer must acknowledge that they understood the form on their native language.  The customer must sign the disclosure form prior to us providing any non-lawyer services.
