Martinez Quality Services or our staff members are not paralegal as defined by the rule and cannot call ourselves a paralegal. Martinez Quality Services may only type the given information provided by the customer in writing into the blanks on the form. Except for typing, Martinez Quality Services name and may not tell the customer what to put in the form and may not complete the form for them. However, if using a form approved by the Supreme Court of Florida, Martinez Quality Services, may ask the customer factual questions to fill in the blanks on the form and may also tell them how to fill the form. The form must be read in their native language.

You must understand that you must provide all the information during our intake process and it is must true and correct to their best of your knowledge. Martinez Quality Service would not be held responsible for the information provided by the customers. It is the customer's responsibility to be truthful and provide as much accuracy as possible. Since our business would only fill out the forms with factual facts provided by the customers, Martinez Quality Services must not be held accountable for the information provided by the customers.  
Our company WILL NOT review completed forms and/or documents for the purpose of giving opinions as to legal sufficiency, errors, or omissions, as we are not qualified to do so. Any customer seeking legal advice must refer to their questions of an attorney.
